blanket/buttonhole wheel stitch video tutorial

buttonhole wheel tutorial

The buttonhole wheel is a staple in flower embroidery. It works great for round flowers and you can even use it as a base for more intricate stitching. Although it is named buttonhole wheel, it is actually a blanket stitch worked in the round. That is why I also call it the blanket wheel stitch in the title. You can see how the buttonhole stitch is done in this tutorial but now on to the video tutorial of the blanket wheel stitch!

This tutorial is part of the new lexicon of embroidery stitches.
